Peter and Carlos are two of the most successful creative directors in Canada. Under their leadership, Cossette was named Canadian "Agency of the Year" by Strategy magazine in 2016, 2017 and 2018. They brought the same honour to BBDO in 2011 which, in both cases, were firsts for the agencies. In 2018 and 2019, they were the number one creative directors in Canada on the Strategy Magazine Creative Report Card.
They have twice been included in the Top Ten list globally by The Gunn Report and have won every major international award including a Cannes Grand Prix and Canada's first Cannes Effectiveness Lion.
In 2015, Peter and Carlos brought their skills to Cossette where they run a variety of blue chip accounts including McDonald’s, General Mills and SickKids.
